Neel Shah

Neel Shah has extensive work experience, starting in 2000 as a Senior Client Accountant at CBRE until 2007. Neel then worked as a Service charge consultant at Cushman & Wakefield (Formerly DTZ) from 2007 to 2018. From 2002 to 2002, they briefly worked at Equity Residential as a Service Charge accountant. Since 2018, Neel has been working at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, initially as a Senior Account Manager until July 2022, and currently as a Senior Portfolio Accountant.

Neel Shah completed their A levels in Accounting at Woodhouse Sixth Form College, Finchley, North London from 1990 to 1992. Neel then pursued a B.A. (HONS) degree in Accounting and Finance at London Metropolitan University from 1993 to 1996.
