Katy Thorpe

Katy Thorpe serves as the Global People Director at Kinly, a position held since September 2020, after previously holding roles as HR Director and Head of HR for the UK and Ireland. Prior to Kinly, Katy worked as a Human Resources Manager at AVMI and held various HR leadership positions at Safetykleen, Sweatshop, Gant AB, and Fat Face. Early career experiences include management roles at Fat Face and Fenwick PLC, where Katy served as Graduate Manager and Buyer. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Warwick and CIPD Intermediate qualifications in Employment Law.
