Muhammad Qadir Bakhsh is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in developing and implementing IT strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Information Technology at Kinnaird College for Women since September 2021, Muhammad is responsible for aligning IT initiatives with institutional objectives while overseeing the college's IT infrastructure. Prior to this role, Muhammad held the position of Head of Information Technology at Ramada Lahore Gulberg II, focusing on IT strategy and department management. Experience also includes roles at BOL Network and Axact in IT service management, as well as network administration at Techno Trans. Muhammad holds a BS in Telecom System from Bahauddin Zakariya University and has a foundational education in Computer Science and Science.
