Joshua Fernandes

Joshua Fernandes has extensive experience in social services, currently serving as a Housing Support Worker at Progress Place since June 2024, focusing on case management and housing advocacy. As a Social Service Worker with Kinnect Support Services since February 2023, Joshua supports various organizations and assists individuals in developing social skills and accessing mental health support. Joshua's prior role as a Youth Worker at Our Place Peel involved creating programs for at-risk youth and providing counseling. Early experiences include serving as a Frontline Intake Worker intern at The Salvation Army and participating in a team project at Humber College to enhance family engagement for seniors during the COVID-19 pandemic.
