Uri Chen Rubin has held various positions in the tech industry since 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they were the Release Manager at Softov, where they were in charge of the beta version's implementation and constructing the implementation protocol for future sites. From 2000 to 2004, they were the Data Analysis Specialist at Amdocs, where they were the Data Mining Team Leader for the Billing Operation Group in the NEXEL project, and developed and implemented several data migration and conversion processes from CDRs protocols to db, as well as a data warehouse and an automatic live report generator. From 2004 to 2012, they were the Co-Founder of UCY Solutions, where they designed the system theoretical and conceptual design. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Co-Founder of Quanalyz. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been the Director of Data, Senior Vice President, and VP R&D at Kinneret Group, LLC.
Uri Chen Rubin began their education in 1992 at Herzog, where they studied Mathematics. Uri Chen then attended the University of Haifa from 2004 to 2006, where they were studying Economics and Computer Sciences, although they never finished their degree.
