Nina Holtenius

Nina Holtenius has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nina is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Kinnevik. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CAKE – ridecake.com. Nina also worked at EQT Group as the HR Director, where they were responsible for the talent agenda and the design of the global modern employer strategy. Additionally, they worked as an HR Manager at Telenor Sverige AB, focusing on talent management, employee engagement programs, and HR processes. Before that, they worked as an HR advisor at Genesta and as an HR assistant at Academic Work during their time as a student. Nina also has experience as a Project Leader at Linköping University, where they were responsible for recruitment training and course evaluation.

Nina Holtenius obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Linköping University from 2004 to 2008. Nina also holds a certification in DiSC.
