Kara Ng

Scientist III at Kinnos

Kara Ng has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple fields. Kara began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at City University of New York City College in 2012. In 2014, they interned as a Research Intern at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

Afterward, Kara joined Women Creating Change in 2016, where they served as a Research Fellow until 2017. In the same year, they took on a role as Co Chairman at the American Chemical Society.

Kara's most recent experience includes working as a Graduate Research Fellow at City College of New York from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Kinnos as a Scientist III, where they are currently employed.

Kara Ng completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry at City University of New York City College from 2011 to 2015. Kara then pursued further education at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from 2015 to 2020.
