Ajay Kori

Ajay Kori is an Advisor at Kinometrix. Ajay was previously at Microsoft as a Product Manager Intern from June 2010 to August 2010, part of the selective Start-Up Business Group, Microsoft’s internal incubation and investment group. At GlaxoSmithKline, they participated in a highly selective three year management development program acting as an internal management consultant within various parts of GSK from August 2006 to July 2009. Ajay became the first ever recipient of the ‘Trailblazer’ award from the CEO and their direct management team for creating one of the first intra-company young professional networks in the country and pushing GSK to become one of the first pharmaceutical companies to start leveraging social networking tools. Ajay conceived and led company-wide interface system simplification project that now saves 80,000 hours of productive time, or a soft cost savings of $2.8 million dollars per year. Ajay was awarded a Platinum IMPACT award, the highest award given in GSK IT. Ajay was promoted twice in less than two years with multiple other awards and distinctions.

Ajay Kori graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology. Ajay then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
