Luciano Santos

Luciano Santos is an experienced industrial maintenance manager currently working with Kinross Gold Corporation since May 2006, holding various leadership roles including Industrial Maintenance Manager, Department Head of Maintenance Engineering, and Department Head of Electromechanical Maintenance. Responsibilities have included overseeing electrical and mechanical engineering teams, training maintenance engineering staff, and ensuring safety protocols during operations. Prior to Kinross, Luciano served as Manager of Construction and Electrical Maintenance at Estruturar Montagens Industriais - Grupo DG from February 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, technical support, and budget management.
