Glen Lea

Glen Lea is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in claims management and litigation. Currently serving as Executive Claims Counsel at Kinsale Insurance since May 2021, Glen leads investigations, evaluates claims, negotiates resolutions, and manages litigation for a diverse range of claims. Prior roles include supervising claims teams, managing e-discovery projects at UnitedLex, and handling lawyers' professional liability claims. Glen has extensive experience in construction defect litigation and risk management from positions at ALPS Corporation and Performance Food Group. A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, Glen also holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online.
