Michelle T. is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Kinsale Insurance since April 2022, Michelle previously held the role of Scrum Master and Project Manager at Anthem since January 2016, where a SCRUM Pilot project was led to promote agile practices. Prior experience includes a position as an Agile Project Manager Consultant, expanding healthcare industry knowledge and supporting marketing efforts across various business segments. At Capital One from May 2006 to September 2015, Michelle contributed to program management and project management roles, including the deployment of a new hire training program and leadership of agile ceremonies.
