Richard Bretcher

Richard Bretcher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in insurance and sales. Currently serving as Product Line Manager, Underwriter, and Associate Underwriter at Kinsale Insurance since October 2018, Richard has developed a strong foundation in underwriting and product management. Prior to this role, Richard held positions at Enterprise Truck Rental from March 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing accounts and overseeing daily branch operations as Assistant Manager and Senior Account Specialist. Richard's early career also includes sales roles at Richmond Ford West and Jim Bass, along with experience in commercial sales at Servpro of San Angelo, where skills in relationship building and networking were honed. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Angelo State University, attained in 2012.
