Susan Miller

Susan Miller has a work experience history spanning several companies and roles. Susan started their career in 1988 as a Developer at PRC, Inc, where they worked until 1993. Susan then joined Genworth Financial in 1993 as an IT Project Manager and held this role until 2020, with a break from 1994 to 2010. Currently, since 2020, they are a Lead Scrum Master at Kinsale Insurance.

Susan Miller completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University from 1984 to 1988. Susan then pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at American University from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in January 2023 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from BadgeCert in March 2006.
