Matthew Gillis has held a variety of roles in the marketing and social media fields since 2013. Matthew began their career as a Marketing Intern at Converge Media in 2013. Matthew then moved to McCarthy Communications, Inc. as a Freelance Graphic Designer in 2014. In 2013, they joined FGM Architects as a Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator and appointed as an Associate of the firm. In this role, they led the marketing department's graphic design initiatives by developing and overseeing creative marketing materials to align with FGM's brand standards. In 2017, they joined Kinship as a Social Media Strategist and was later promoted to Lead Social Media Strategist and Director of Social Media.
Matthew Gillis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Public Relations, Visual Communications and Theatre from Loyola University of Chicago between 2010 and 2014.
