Shadiah Sigala

Shadiah Sigala is the founder and CEO of Kinside, a company that provides an anonymous reporting tool for employees to report harassment, bias, and culture issues directly to their company's leadership. Shadiah also has experience as a Cofounder at HoneyBook, where they held various executive leadership roles, from establishing the best-in-class Concierge support team, to installing a community-first marketing team, and amplifying HoneyBook’s famous culture through HR, talent and workplace operations.

Shadiah Sigala attended Pomona College for their BA, where they studied Latin American Studies. Shadiah then attended Harvard University for their Master's in Public Policy.
