Jonathan Sarn

Jon Sarn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and strategic services. As a Partner at Kinsley|Sarn Executive Search since October 2015, Jon has contributed to a nationally recognized firm focused on connecting clients with exceptional leadership talent. In addition, Jon has served as Vice President at Kinsley Group, Inc. since October 2005, specializing in Strategic HR Services. Previous roles include Director of International Human Resources at Great Lakes Chemical Corporation and HR Manager at USF&G, along with early career experience in HR at JPMorgan Chase. Jon holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
