Richard Falconer

Richard Falconer currently holds the position of Head of Developer Experience at Kinsta®, a role started in April 2022. Prior to this, Richard served at NCR Edinburgh from March 2015 to April 2022, where Richard was Site Lead and Senior Software Engineering Manager, overseeing the operational management and strategic direction of the DI Platform for Digital Insight, a significant SaaS online banking provider. Richard's earlier experience includes Development Manager and Project Manager roles at Corelogic Ltd from August 2011 to March 2015 and August 2008 to August 2011, respectively, where Richard was responsible for managing high-value product development projects. Richard also worked as a Senior Java Software Engineer at Hummingbird Technologies Ltd from September 1999 to July 2008. Richard holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human-Computer Interaction from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Edinburgh Napier University.
