Andrea Christianova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Kinstellar since December 2018, providing strategic HR advisory, supporting employees, overseeing recruitment, and coordinating learning and development initiatives. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Tchibo Praha as HR Senior Business Partner from December 2012 to June 2018, managing HR responsibilities for various divisions and leading international projects, including a 10-month assignment at Tchibo GmbH. Andrea's earlier career includes positions as HR Generalist at CAC Leasing and as assistant to the CEO at CAC Leasing. Andrea holds a degree in Economics with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, and Sociology in Management from Prague University of Economics and Business.

The creation of Kinstellar, in November 2008 from the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices of Linklaters, launched a new era in the legal world of Emerging Europe.
