Lukas A. Mrazik

Lukas A. Mrazik is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology, media, telecommunications, and data protection. Currently serving as Co-Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Co-Head of Data & Cybersecurity at Kinstellar since January 2019, Lukas has progressed through various roles within the firm, including Managing Associate and Senior Associate. Prior to Kinstellar, Lukas worked at Promontory Financial Group, specializing in privacy and data protection matters. Additional legal experience includes advising tech startups at qLegal, conducting legal research at eGov Systems, and interning at prestigious institutions such as the Court of Justice of the European Union and VIAC. Lukas holds an LLM in Computer and Communication Law from Queen Mary University of London and multiple law degrees from Paneurópska vysoká škola and Université de Fribourg.
