Julie Clow

Julie Clow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Kintla and holding roles as a Scientific Board Advisor at #lovework and Co-Founder of Human Capital Evaluations, Clow focuses on leveraging neuro-behavioral science to enhance resilience in leadership and teams. Previous positions include Head of Global People Development at CHANEL and SVP of Organizational & People Development at Two Sigma Investments, where Clow led comprehensive talent development initiatives. Clow's early career included significant roles in learning and organizational development at Google and instructional design at Carley Corporation. Clow holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Auburn University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Mobile.
