Justin Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational design. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Kintla since April 2018, Justin specializes in executive coaching and high-performance team building, utilizing an innovative, data-driven approach to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Justin spent over 12 years at Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities included designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies as the Manager of People Strategy and Development and overseeing talent management as a Global Talent Manager. Justin also contributed to leadership development through various roles, including Bechtel Leadership Academy Specialist and Global Leadership and Talent Development Specialist. Justin holds a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development and an M.ED in Leadership and Organizational Performance, both from Vanderbilt University.
