Alissa Baier-Lentz

Alissa Baier-Lentz has a diverse work experience, beginning with runway modeling for Passport Models in 2004. Alissa then worked as a fundraiser for Chapman University in 2007, followed by being a research and account strategy team member for Circle Advertising in 2008. In 2009, they were a manufacturing and product development intern for St. John Knits. In 2010, they worked as a Monster Truck Driver for Monster Energy. From 2011-2013, they were a Customer Success Manager for Salesforce and Buddy Media. From 2013-2016, they worked as a Private Jet Sales and Test Flights for Gulfstream Aerospace. In 2016, they founded HERO Backpacks and was honored as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree. In 2019, they were a Founder in Residence at Antler and Co-Founder & COO at Kintra Fibers.

Alissa Baier-Lentz attended Chapman University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
