Theodoro Marioglou

Theodoro Marioglou started their work experience in 2013 at SOULIS S.A, where they held multiple roles including Supply Chain Manager, Production Manager in the Plastic sector, and Technical Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for organizing the maintenance department, analyzing maintenance processes, and planning maintenance in relation to the production plan. Theodoro then worked at POLIECO HELLAS AEBE from 2020 to 2022 as a Process Development Manager, where they analyzed and mapped core processes, created reporting tools, and implemented projects to standardize procedures. Currently, they are working as a Branch Manager at KINVENT starting from 2022.

Theodoro Marioglou obtained a degree in Production and Management Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace (D.U.Th.) between the years 2006 to 2012. During this time, they focused on organizing the production at Soulis S.A, utilizing the application of lean management's tools.
