Kinwise helps K-12 districts across North Carolina use generative AI to turn admin and prep time into meaning-making with students.

What we do

AI Classroom Coach Pilot (30 days) — up to 50 teachers reclaim ~6 hours a week per year through outcomes-based training and follow-up community of practice support.

AI Leadership Lab — one-day strategy retreat + 30-day coached rollout; produces board and district-ready, FERPA-safe AI guidelines aligned with NC DPI AI guidelines.

Why it works

Built for NC educators: maps directly to the NC DPI Generative AI Implementation Recommendations and funding lines (Title II-A, ESSER, Digital Learning Impact Grant).

Human-centered approach: we focus on training and are tool-agnostic

Led by Lydia Kumar, former classroom teacher, Opportunity Culture™ PD lead at Public Impact®, UNC MBA, and host of Kinwise Conversations: AI for Educators.
