Sharon Opoczynski

Sharon Opoczynski is a clinical and organizational psychologist currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Kinzbio, where they manage talent selection, organizational climate, and project oversight. They are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy to enhance their clinical intervention skills. In addition to their professional role, Sharon volunteers as a co-director at Proyecto Shoá, coordinating a team of educators to impact adolescents through educational workshops. Previously, they contributed to the field of cognitive research at the Universidad de la República, focusing on numerical cognition in young children.
