Barbara Schulte, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Barbara Schulte, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in HR management, having worked at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. as a Sr. Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Barbara was a Human Resources Manager at University of Iowa Community Medical Services, LLC for over a decade. Barbara has a Human Resources Certificate in Human Resources Management from Kirkwood Community College. Throughout their career, Barbara has been instrumental in building and managing HR departments and developing various programs and processes. Additionally, Barbara has led initiatives such as the Service Excellence program and conducted training throughout companies during rollouts.
