Brad Dolmage

Senior CNC Programmer at Kinze Manufacturing Inc.

Brad Dolmage has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Brad started their career at Victor Plastics Inc. in 2003 as a Toolmaker. In 2004, they joined Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. as a Proto/Tool & Die Machinist, where they machined prototype parts using manual and CNC processes and also made CNC fixturing for production. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of CNC Programmer II at Kinze Manufacturing, where they programmed CNC mills, lathes, tube lasers, flat plate lasers, plasma cutters, and brake presses. Brad also served as a backup robot programmer for the robotic welding area. Currently, Brad holds the position of Senior CNC Programmer at Kinze Manufacturing, a position they have held since August 2017.

Brad Dolmage completed their education at Des Moines Area Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Tool and Die Making from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Job Shop Machinist from the same college from 2001 to 2002.
