Doug Weaver

Doug Weaver has a diverse work experience in the information technology field. Doug began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Maytag in 1996, where they supported and developed various information systems related to manufacturing, warehousing, finance, and procurement. Doug worked at Maytag until 2006.

After that, Doug joined Whirlpool Corporation as a System Analyst, where they led change management activities in a multi-site SAP Plant Maintenance deployment and converted information systems from 10 Maytag Corporation manufacturing plants. Doug worked at Whirlpool Corporation until 2010.

Doug then joined Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. in 2010 as a System Analyst, where they developed web-based workflow applications and worked on the application development of their B2B website. Doug worked at Kinze Manufacturing until 2012.

Next, Doug worked at Brownells, Inc. as a .Net Developer from 2012 to 2014. Doug developed a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) strategy and worked on transitioning development efforts from a legacy ERP system to .Net.

Finally, Doug returned to Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. in 2014 and held various roles including System Analyst, Sr. Application Development Manager, and currently works as the Associate Director of Information Technology. Doug has been involved in the development and management of IT systems and applications at Kinze Manufacturing.

Doug Weaver attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems.
