Greg Ryan has extensive experience in the agricultural industry. Greg started their own farm, Greg Ryan Farms, in 2014, where they managed a 140-acre corn/soybean row crop production operation. Greg made executive decisions, provided resources, and operated precision farming equipment.

Prior to starting their own farm, Greg worked at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. Greg held multiple roles during their tenure, starting as a Materials Intern in 2009, where they designed and implemented a standard nomenclature for hardware company-wide. In 2010, they served as a Design Engineering Co-op, where they redesigned the auger spout for specific models, resulting in cost savings and improved functionality.

Greg continued to progress at Kinze Manufacturing, becoming a Test Engineering Intern in 2011 and then a Lead Test Engineer in 2013. In these roles, they planned, designed, and conducted product design testing for current and new products. Greg also traveled to customers to educate and evaluate product performance.
