Kim Heitland

Kim Heitland has over 19 years of experience in recruiting and staffing. Kim started their career in 2002 as a recruiter at Management Recruiters, where they worked until 2005. Kim then started their own search firm, Qualified Management Solutions, specializing in recruiting manufacturing professionals for industries such as food, heavy industrial machinery, and paper. In 2012, they joined Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. as a Corporate Recruiter, responsible for all aspects of professional staffing, executing sourcing strategies, and finding top talent for the innovative agricultural equipment manufacturer. Kim is known for their creative recruiting ideas and expertise in delivering recruiting success.

Kim Heitland attended Jefferson High School for an unknown period of time. Later, from 1988 to 1993, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Journalism and Public Relations from Drake University.
