Harold Heinze has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Harold began their career at Mrs Baird's Bakeries, where they held various roles such as Divisional Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and Director of Marketing. At Mrs Baird's Bakeries, they were responsible for guiding domestic product and brand management, developing sales plans, and optimizing route operations.
After their time at Mrs Baird's Bakeries, Harold Heinze worked at Tyson Foods, where they held positions such as Director of Marketing, Senior Director of Bacon and Ham, and Vice President, General Manager. Harold oversaw various business units and teams, drove brand and product strategies, and achieved volume and sales margin objectives. Harold also managed plant operations and significantly improved plant profitability and capacity utilization.
