Monica Rivera, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Kiolbassa Smoked Meats since May 2021, Monica previously held significant roles at T-Mobile, including Director of Field Financial Controls and Director of Field Operations and Financial Controls, where oversight of capital management and operational guidance were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes tenure as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Whataburger and various analytical positions at Sprint Nextel and Nortel. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
