Andrea Chiarello

Andrea Chiarello currently serves as a Business Transformation Key User at KION Group, participating in the Lead To Order stream of KION's Business Transformation project and performing User Acceptance Testing for the SAP S4/HANA system. Previously, Andrea worked as a Service Business Analyst & Pricing, focusing on KPI analysis and development of tools for monitoring service activities across KION’s brands. Prior experience includes various roles at Mercedes-Benz Merbag S.p.A., such as Aftersales Operations, Warranty Specialist, and Reporting & Data Analyst, where Andrea contributed to improving workshop performance and managing warranty claims. Andrea’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Social Studies from Università degli Studi di Milano and additional studies at SDA Bocconi and Università di Pisa.
