Farshid Haste

Farshid Haste has extensive experience in the automotive industry, specializing in product development, research and development, and corporate affairs. Farshid has held various senior leadership roles in companies such as KION Group, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles - China Joint Venture, Chrysler Motors Corp, and DaimlerChrysler AG. Throughout their career, Farshid has successfully managed product engineering, localization, validation, and homologation processes for different vehicle models. Farshid has also been responsible for establishing and leading teams, as well as providing engineering simulation services. Farshid's expertise in program management and strategic negotiations has contributed to the development and launch of joint ventures and new vehicle projects.

Farshid Haste completed an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2019. Farshid earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas from 1992 to 1994. Farshid Haste received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology from 1985 to 1989.
