Heiko Maldener

Heiko Maldener is a seasoned professional in strategic pricing and risk management, currently serving as the Senior Strategic Pricing Manager at KION Group since February 2023, where responsibilities include developing pricing strategies for an industrial truck business generating approximately 8 billion EUR in yearly revenue. Prior to this role, Heiko held the position of Head of Global Pricing Office at ams OSRAM from March 2021 to February 2023, leading a team of 15 in the management and analysis of prices for a 3 billion EUR portfolio. Heiko's earlier experience at OSRAM spanned various roles, including Transformation Manager for Commercial Processes and Teamlead for Corporate Audit & Risk Management. Heiko began a career at Deloitte, progressing from Consultant in Anti-Fraud Management to Manager in Business Risk Services. Heiko holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Münster and studied at Queensland University of Technology.
