Jennifer Scherer

Jennifer Scherer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. After beginning their career as a Human Resource Coordinator at Sunstone Financial Group, they worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Creative Financial Staffing before joining Briggs & Stratton. At Briggs & Stratton, they held various roles such as Director of Human Resources, Country Manager for Brazil, Supply Chain Project Lead, and Business Development Director. Jennifer then took a sabbatical in 2019 before becoming an Independent Consultant, where they focused on business transformation and growth strategies. In 2021, they joined KION Group as a Senior Human Resources Manager and later became the Human Resources Director. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Business Transformation & Strategic HR Program Management at KION Group, responsible for establishing a Program Management Office for HR and leading global initiatives.

Jennifer Scherer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2010 to 2012.
