Katja Pozgaj

Katja Pozgaj, LL.M., currently serves as a Senior Manager in Strategic Workforce Planning at KION Group and holds the position of HR Business Transformation Manager at KION ITS EMEA Iberia since March 2023. Prior roles include Lead Project Manager for HR Transformation at MAN Truck & Bus SE from January 2018 to February 2023, and Head of Human Resources at MAN Truck & Bus Schweiz AG from March 2015 to December 2017. Additionally, Katja was Head of Legal and HR at MAN Truck & Bus Slovenija d.o.o. from October 2011 to March 2015, and gained early experience as a candidate for lawyer and attorney trainee at Attorney's Office Munib Vehabovic between November 2003 and September 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Univerza v Mariboru, completion of the bar exam from the Ministry of Legal Affairs, and attendance at the University of Graz. Early education was completed at Prva gimnazija Maribor and OS Ludvika Pliberska in Maribor.
