Katja Thuemmler currently serves as a Member of The Supervisory Board for BOTH STILL Gesellschaft m.b.H. and Linde Material Handling, in addition to holding the position of Vice President Corporate Law and Deputy General Counsel at KION Group since December 2020. Prior roles include Senior Manager at KPMG Law, Deputy Head of Legal Central Europe & East at Thomas Cook, and Syndikusrechtsanwältin and Deputy Head of Legal at s.Oliver Bernd Freier GmbH & CO. KG. Katja Thuemmler has a strong background in Intellectual Property Law, Finance, Commercial Law, M&A, and Corporate Law, having also been a Senior Associate Lawyer at SJ Berwin LLP with expertise in M&A and Venture Capital Transactions. Educational credentials include dual MBAs from Durham University and EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, as well as a State Exam in Law from Technische Universität Dresden.
