Philipp Timmer

Philipp Timmer has a diverse work experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits. Philipp started their career at Bilfinger SE as a Referent Compensation & benefits from February 2013 to February 2015. After that, they joined Fresenius Medical Care as a Manager Compensation from March 2015 to March 2019. Currently, Philipp works at KION Group, where they have held various roles including Senior Manager Compensation Benefits from April 2019 to December 2019, Senior Director Compensation & Benefits from January 2020 to December 2021, and currently as the Vice President Compensation & Benefits since January 2022.

Philipp Timmer completed their education with a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Fudan University Shanghai in 2012. Philipp also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management, which they obtained from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences in 2010. As part of their undergraduate studies, Philipp spent a semester abroad at Macquarie University in 2009, focusing on Economics.
