Stefano Predieri

Stefano Predieri has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry. Stefano started their career in 1999 with a temporary collaboration at Università degli Studi di Bologna, where they worked on a project to improve productivity in production processes.

In 2000, Predieri joined Comatrol as a Quality Engineer before moving to Sauer-Danfoss in 2004. At Sauer-Danfoss, they held various roles such as Quality Manager, Technical Support Team Manager, and Facility Manager and EH&S Manager.

Predieri then joined Comatrol [Member of The Sauer-Danfoss Group] in 2010 as a Plant Manager and later as Director of the EU Plant. Stefano successfully led the plant in producing Cartridges Valves and HIC's for the European market.

In 2015, Predieri joined Bondioli & Pavesi as the Director, Production & Logistic, where they oversaw the operations of the company's headquarters plant. Stefano also served as the Global Process Owner, Production & Supply Chain.

Predieri then joined KION Group in 2018 as the Senior Director Of Operations before becoming the Managing Director of STILL Italia in 2019.

In 2022, Predieri took on the role of Vice President at AISEM - Italian Association of Lifting and Material Handling Systems, where they represent national entrepreneurs in the construction and distribution of material handling and lifting machines.

Stefano Predieri's education history includes obtaining a degree in Engineering from the University of Bologna from 1993 to 1999. Stefano also pursued various executive education programs, including the KION Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2019-2020, the General Management Program at Bologna Business School from 2016 to 2017, and the Strategy Execution Program at INSEAD from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Predieri completed several Lean and Six Sigma programs, such as A3 Thinking and Hoshin Kanri for the Lean Enterprise at GMA in 2013, the Kart Factory Basic Workshop at JMAC Europe in 2013, and the Master program at FESTO Industrial Management School in 2012. Stefano also participated in the Senior Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado, USA in 2011.
