Steffen Kretschmer

Steffen Kretschmer is currently the Vice President of Supplier Performance Management at KION Group, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include global leadership in Supplier Performance Management across multiple regions, managing supplier scorecards, risk management, and semiconductor management. Previous roles at KION include Head of Site Procurement and Senior Director of Procurement, overseeing extensive teams and international projects. Before KION, Steffen worked at Linde Material Handling as Project Procurement Manager and at STILL Italia as Head of Projects. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in R&D at Fenwick-Linde and as an Electronic Engineer at Linde Material Handling. Steffen holds a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Electronic Engineering from AEG Schneider Automation.
