Tomasz Maleszka

Tomasz Maleszka is an experienced professional in operational management and process improvement with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Plant Manager at KION Group since May 2021, Maleszka has a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, demonstrated during tenure as Regional Business Process Improvement Manager at PPG Industries from May 2017 to April 2021. Prior roles include Director of Operational Development at Volvo Bus Corporation and Manufacturing Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment, where Maleszka focused on improving production processes and team development. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in supplier development and quality assurance at WABCO Vehicle Control Systems and Gotec Polska, along with training roles at PROFES. Maleszka is an alumnus of Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
