Wynnona Haynes-McMahan

Wynnona Haynes-McMahan, MAOC, currently serves as the Sr Manager of Global Learning and Development at KION Group since January 2025. Previously, Wynnona held the position of Global Director of Talent Development at Docebo from August 2021 to January 2025, and prior to that, served as the Talent Development Manager for the US at Murata. Wynnona's experience includes several roles at University of Phoenix, such as Learning Facilitator, Director of Enrollment for the School of Business, and Campus Director, where responsibilities encompassed staff development, revenue generation, and performance management. Wynnona began a career at United Way of the Midlands as an Account Manager, overseeing a substantial account portfolio and leading volunteer recruitment and training. Wynnona possesses advanced academic credentials, including a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University.
