Phil Dalen

Phil Dalen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business transformation and applications management. Currently serving as Senior IT Applications and Business Transformation Manager at KION North America since February 2022, Phil previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Mastery Logistics Systems from April 2021 to February 2022. Prior to this, Phil spent nearly two decades at Tuthill Corporation, where roles included Senior Manager - Enterprise Solutions, Data Governance Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, and Senior Business Intelligence Architect. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from St. Norbert College and has a proven track record in developing IT strategies, modernizing infrastructures, and managing data governance and business intelligence initiatives.
