Scott Penick

Scott Penick is the Director of Legal - North America at KION North America. Previously, Scott served as a Senior Attorney at McGovern Legal Services, LLC, and worked as an Attorney and Strategic Business Consultant at their own practice. Scott also has experience as an Associate at Cadwalader Wickersham and Taft, and as a Summer Associate at WTAS. Scott holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, and a BBA in Economics from Harding University. Scott also completed post-graduate coursework in Business Analytics at Cornell University.
