Kevin Schmincke has worked in the software engineering field since 2012. Kevin began their career as a Software Engineer Internship at SAIC in 2012. Kevin then worked as a Software Engineer at Leidos from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to Asymmetrik and worked as a Software Engineer until 2021. Currently, they are employed at Kion as a Technical Lead and Senior Front End Engineer.
Kevin Schmincke obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Science from Anne Arundel Community College between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group in April 2020.
