Matthew Duda has over 15 years of experience in customer service, training, and operations management. In 2019, they joined Kion as a Brand Experience Manager and a Customer Training Engineer. Prior to that, in 2018, they worked as a National Field Operations Manager for Ring. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Sonos, Inc. as a Training Experience Manager for AMPAC, where they developed training and educational material, and as a Retail Experience Manager for North America, where they launched and managed the east coast field sales & marketing team. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Geek Squad as a Deputy Field Marshal, where they deployed and activated the Geek Squad Brand in the Maryland/DC area. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Magnolia Home Theater as a Lead Home Theater Installer. In 2005, they worked at Event Tech as a Production Engineer. In 2004, they worked at the Chesapeake Bay Orchestra as a Concert Series Assistant Producer, where they managed orchestra setup and breakdown and served as official announcer and voice of the series.

Matthew Duda received their Bachelors in Music Performance from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2005. Following that, they obtained several certifications from various institutions including a Lift Truck (Fork) License from McCall Handling Co. in April 2006, a Stageline SL250 Operators License and a Stageline SL320 Operators License from Stageline in April 2006, a 21st Annual CM Hoist & Rigging School from Mountain Productions, Inc. in March 2006, a CM Lodestar Application & Maintenance from Mountain Productions, Inc. in March 2006, an AWS Business Professional Accreditation and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019, and a Sales Enablement Certification from HubSpot in November 2019.
