Cole Brown

Cole Brown is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development across various roles. Currently serving as Cofounder and CTO at Kiosk since October 2024, Cole previously held key positions such as Head of Engineering at 3Box Labs and Director of Engineering at Burnt, where significant transformations in product direction were navigated. Notable achievements include scaling the engineering team at Rhino from seven to over seventy members and contributing to the open-source go-libp2p project at Protocol Labs. With a foundation in freelance programming and consultancy, Cole has a diverse skill set encompassing distributed systems, web development, and infrastructure deployment. Educationally, Cole holds a BS in Computer Science and a BA in English from the University of Rochester.
