Toni Yates is a customer success and technical support professional with extensive experience in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring successful resolutions at KioSoft Technologies since January 2022. Responsibilities include managing complex support interactions, conducting troubleshooting, and overseeing client onboarding processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Services Coordinator at I.T. Solutions of South Florida, where Toni utilized a ticketing system to manage workload and prioritize service requests. Toni Yates is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity with a focus on Security Management at the University of West Florida, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and an Associate of Science in Information Technology - Networking from Miami Dade College.
