Johanna Martin is an experienced education and operations professional with a diverse background in leadership roles within various institutions. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Operations Officer and Associate Chief Operating Officer at KIPP Capital Region Public Schools since July 2022, Johanna previously held similar positions at Troy Prep Charter School and came from a role as Director of Business & Operations at Saratoga Independent School. With earlier experience as a Head of School and Project Lift Educator, as well as instructional roles at Palm Beach State College and Rosarian Academy, Johanna combines hands-on teaching experience with strategic operational oversight. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Counseling from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Oswego.
